Susan D. LeVine specializes in architectural and landscape painting in Santa Barbara and all along California's Central Coast. Working with real estate agents, architects, builders and home owners, she paints a variety of subjects, including private homes, homes for sale, commercial buildings, as well as public and private gardens, golf courses, and landscapes.

Susan also paints conceptual renderings of properties not yet built and portraits of structures that don't photograph as well. What's more, she skillfully captures the essence of structures, homes and gardens from photographs for out-of-state clients.

Portraits come in three standard sizes: 14x18, 18x24 and 24x36. (Please inquire about rates.) Portraits of homes, gardens and views can also be made into beautiful greeting cards for an additional charge.
